3/12 Hi Bob, The quality of the VRC MKII exceeded my expectations. Although I grew up motocrossing and played with a friend of mine's kart it feels like a really big kart sitting in it. Your arms naturally go towards the steering column.
Now all I need is some talent. You have any stock on hand?

12/11 Hey Bob, Just wanted to let you know that I received the new MKII seat and that it looks great. The adjustability of the seat back makes such a difference for me. I hated the standard Playseat seat. Had to make an adapter to fit my old playseat but worth the trouble, will recommend your complete rig, Neil

11/11: Hello Bob. Got the VRC MKII, WOW, the simplicity of putting it together and being able to store fully built is remarkable. I tested it out with the Grand Turismo, with the G25 from Logitech it is one heck of a thrill, I have some friends over from Scotland and their nine year old was on it, we had to peel him off it for bedtime. Thank you I am certainly going to have a lot of fun on this. Peter.

11/11: Really enjoying the VRC MkII. It's a wonderful product featuring a sturdy build and excellent craftsmanship. The plastic inserts prevent scratching the frame rails while making it a breeze to adjust to my height, my wife's or friends'. Daniel

2/11: Hi Bob, I purchased the vrc approx 10 years and still use it on a constant basis without a hitch! The only mod is a upgraded seat and a dead pedal. Thanks for the enjoyment it has to be the best dollar for dollar product I get out of. Keep it up esp with these overpriced rigs they are selling. Stay safe, Mel

1/11: Hi Bob, the Thrustmaster T500 rs works great on my VRC racing chassis. Didn’t even have to secure the foot pedals. I just made a stopper at the bottom, and it works perfect. Solid as a rock. The wheel stand could use a bit more rigidity as the wheel is heavy, but its strong enough for most of my most intense racing. Thanks again! Great product for a great price!

Dwight and Aidan 10/10: Hey Bob, Just an update. Aidan, my eight-year old grandson, is over most Wednesdays for family dinner and uses the VRC as soon as he walks in the door on Gran Turismo and NASCAR 08. This Wednesday he also got his first helmet, as soon as dinner was over he went down stairs…I decided to join him (notice in the picture he is down to just one cushion behind him). We are still using the VRC. I am on I Racing and use it at least 3 times a week. Thanks for a great product, we both enjoy it.

Rich 3/09: Bob, I can't tell you how happy I've been with my VRC. I'm probably one of the few people to have the pleasure of meeting you in person as i picked up my VRC from you at your house. It's been a couple of years, but your product has held up and I've got a lot of miles and a few trophies on it.

Tom 12/08: Hello Bob, I am writing you to give you an update on Andy's adventures with his VRC. I bought him the VRC this past Christmas as you are aware the product was actually delivered in February of 2008. Andy immediately began racing with a Logitech wheel, pedals and shifter. He has a number of games but his favorite by far is "open wheel" racing games. Around June 1st Andy began driving go-kart's at a local circuit. The people at the circuit noticed that he showed signs of talent in driving. Andy continued practicing throughout the summer up to six hours a day on the VRC. In July the track started a summer race league and Andy was allowed to join even though he wasn't 16 years old (14 at this time).Over the next eight weeks they raced every week rain or dry. At the end Andy placed first in his class and third overall. His next race was in November where he entered a competition for fasted lap over the 7/8 mile circuit. Andy came in first and set the track record. He received a trophy and a new motorcycle. (picture attached). This coming year he will be campaigning his TAG Kart all over the southwest, with any success he hopes to move up to a shifter and then to the next level in a year or two (Formula BMW or Formula Mazda). He treasures the autographed picture that you sent him and is truly living your own words "Follow your dreams". I realize that he has a great deal of natural talent however it was his exposure to you VRC that really brought it out and allowed him to develop it. Feel free to share this story in the hopes that it may inspire other drivers to also follow their dreams.

Anna 5/08 : Hello, not to sure if you will remember me but I thought I would send you a email to say thank you. I purchased your VRC for my husband as a gift, I finally got my G25 steering wheel and I just want to tell you how happy I am with this product, and my husband loves it. The convenience of having your own Formula 1 car in your living room is awesome. Thank you again, we are completely satisfied with our purchase.

Jose 5/08 : Good afternoon Bob: I finally got around to setting up my hardware this past weekend and I just wanted to let you know that not only was your product easy to set up, but it is very well designed and built. All the mounting holes lined up perfectly and the overall build quality and sturdiness is fantastic - areas in which so many of today's "made in China" products are woefully lacking. It arrived on Wed. as promised, and has increased my enjoyment of GT4 immeasurably. It is all that your website describes it to be and I couldn't imagine how to improve it--it is perfect as is. I am 6' 3" and find it very comfortable to sit in for quite a while.

Adam 4/07 :Bob,Let me first say I am thoroughly impressed with your product and approach. Immediately upon grasping it, I new I was handling quality. The feel, construction, and design are all top notch. It is a simple and effective setup. The first thing I had to do was plop myself down into the seat. What a treat! It just “feels” so right. I imagined you constructing the seats for your various race cars though the years, and know I know why. At the same time, I was lifting out my new G25. Logitech was thinking clearly when they made that product. It is amazing in every respect. To think that the VRC pairs so nicely with it is just incredible. The rest of installing everything was a breeze.
I’ve probably said enough. Your products and service are something other companies should attempt to emulate. I can’t tell you how happy I am with my decision to include the VRC in my sim diving hobby. Great product Bob,

Benjamin 4/07: ,Bob u are the man!! My Vrc is everything i dreamed of and much more. With my g-25 and your inventions, my lap times just keep getting better. I also bought an i-cush that I hooked up to my speakers and it has great sound and rumbles in unison w/ all the racing sounds. (The extra padding helps out the old bad back ,too.) I just wanted to sa thanks again for making an affordable (and under priced) chassis that lets me race comfy for hours upon hours. Once again u are an awesome person for personally calling me back yourself after i had questions concerning my order. Keep up the great work. Good luck in all your ventures and god bless.

Mike 2/07: Just wanted to let you know I'm really impressed with the VRC so far. It puts me in a perfect seating position that just feels so natural. It really helps add to the immersion factor while playing a good racing game not to mention it helps make me a better driver. The seat has proven to be very comfortable. Nice use of padding and it is the perfect size. One pleasant surprise regarding the VRC is how you can feel your wheels force feedback effects in your seat due to everything being connected to a solid frame. It is just another little thing that adds to the immersion. Both the wheels I have (Logitech MOMO force and the Xbox 360 wireless) fit perfectly using a nice thick book in between the clamps and the flat surface. There is no slippage in the wheels at all once clamped tightly. All in all I give the VRC 2 big thumbs up. Simple yet effective design that gets the job done. At $299 I think the VRC is a bargain considering it should last a lifetime if treated properly. Thanks for offering a great product at a reasonable price.

I got it on Wednesday, opened the box and it was already to go . wow i love it. i had a large race last night i felt sooooo great to fill like I ‘m riden in my car now .i don’t even what to get out of it now lol. Dwight 1/07: Hi Bob, Sorry not to send this sooner, that work stuff just gets in the way.
The day after Christmas I finally got to use my new VRC. It's everything I hoped it would be, and everything you promised. It's comfortable, moves easy, my wife doesn't mind it sitting in the family room, as I said it's everything I hoped it would be. As a formula car driver, I appreciate the layout. I was able to adjust my feet and hands to the exact position I needed them to be in. In fact, it fits much better than my Formula V, or my Solo II car. (And I built the Solo car exactly as I wanted it!)

The first night I set it up I lost three hours to Gran Turismo 4 in the blink of an eye -- it's such a huge improvement over sitting hunched over on the sofa, the wheel clamped to the coffee table and the pedals sliding around on the wood floor. Thanks so much for creating such a comfortable and innovative product for racing game enthusiasts. I've put this in front of a 100" widescreen projection system and the sensation of speed and realism is so intense I can practically feel the wind in my hair!

Bud, from Illinois 4/05: Gentlemen, I would like to take this opportunity to register a complaint about your Vitual Racing Chassis. IT IS WAY TOO MUCH FUN!!!
My daughter and son-in-law gifted me with one of your VRC's, a Logitech Pro System, PlayStation II, and a half dozen racing games for Christmas, and things haven't been the same since.
My compliments on a well thought out and engineered product. As an old dirt track driver I can say that it provides everything except the 'G' Forces, and sometimes I swear I can even feel those.
At the age of 69 I can once again enjoy real racing. As soon as I sat in the Virtual Racing Chassis, I felt as though I should have put on my helmet and fire suit. Thank you for giving me that feeling one more time.

Tom 12/03: I've had my VRC for a year now and it's just awesome! This past week we had all shape and size drivers banging away at my PS2 GT game. The VRC is solid, comfortable, very easy to adjust, and it looks really good. Being in the Midwest our Viper club events run from May till Sept. When winter rolls in I really look forward to slipping into my Bob Earl VRC and running tracks all over the world. The VRC really takes PS2 GT to a higher level. Thanks Bob!!

Bruce: Bob,Your racing chassis is the best thing since sliced bread! It's like sitting in my Lola..... Even my 8 year old daughter loves it. I've had my PS/2 and the racing simulations for over a year now, but never really used it because it was so inconvenient to setup everything and then the pedals always slipped, etc. Now I'm addicted. You may have created a monster!

Shawn : Today I received my VRC-1 and I just finished about two hours worth of racing at the world's famous F1 tracks and I have to say that I am very, very impressed with your product. I have never been more comfortable playing a racing game until I got the VRC-1. Your product makes the racing video games so much more enjoyable. I am also impressed with the heavy duty frame, which I know will provide me with many, many years of enjoyment to come as well as the thought that went into making the VRC-1 easily adjustable. I will definitely strongly recommend your VRC-1 to anyone I can. I sincerely hope you sell millions of these racing chassis!!! I honestly think it is the best thing since sliced bread!!! Thanks for designing the VRC-1, because it is really the only way many people, like myself, that will ever be able to experience driving a race car even though it may be a simulation on a video game.
